In the SalesVu, you can view and manage your customer database (edit, create, and delete customer profiles), create and manage customer groups, view their past orders and billings, and create email campaigns.
To begin with, log into SalesVu.com > click on the 'Customers' tab on the left vertical menu.
- To add a new customer, follow these steps
- Apart from the default fields of customer accounts, you can also create custom fields, find the steps here
- To search for customer profiles you have created, you can use various filters (i.e., customer details, created date, frequency of their visit, the amount spent, etc.); find the steps here
- To add a comment to a customer's account, follow these steps
- You can create email campaigns and send them out to all of your customers or specific customers groups; find the steps here
- To view customers' recurring billings (active or inactive), follow these steps
