How to delete Customers

If you no longer need a customer's account, it can be deleted from the SalesVu Portal. To delete customers, follow the steps below:

Note: Deleting a customer account will not eliminate information within the historical orders made by this customer.

1. Log in to SalesVu.com

2. Click on 'Customers'

3. Use the top filters to look for the customer, then click on the 'v' drop-down next to the name and click on 'View/Edit'

4. 'Check' off each customer that you would like to delete

5. Click on the three vertical dots next to the '+' icon

8. Click on 'Delete Selected'

9. Click on 'Ok'
