You can notify customers of various activities at your business with the help of an email or SMS campaign feature. Here are instructions on creating an email campaign for utilizing this feature.
Note that first, you must create a template for your email campaign. After having a template, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Go to the "Customer" section on the left vertical menu
3. On top, click on the "Email/SMS Campaign" tab
4. Enter name, start date for sending the campaign, the status of your campaign, customer group (click "Count Customers" to know the number of customers in the group) and select your email template. After completing the campaign info, click the "Save" button
To send out the customer campaign, toggle the option named "Send Now"
5. The illustration below is how the email campaign looks like, click the "Edit" button to apply changes. You can also delete your campaign on the same page.
