Congratulations on your smart purchase of a SalesVu branded ecommerce site which will be embedded as part of your existing Website!
Here's what the team will need to build it for you:
1. Confirm the website address which will contain your shop page
2. Your company/organizations logo
Allowed Extensions: jpg, gif, png. jpg extension is recommended
Max logo upload size 4MB
Minimum Expected Size (120px x 89px)
3. Your html color(s) (usually in a form that looks like this #124733), if you don't know your color our team will do our best to choose an approximate match from your website. Please note if you'd like a different color for your text vs. your background. We'll default to a white background unless you tell us otherwise.
4. Your preferred font (note: this needs to be a google supported font; if not a google supported font then we will do our best to match to the closest font style available). If you don't know your font, that's okay, our technical team can use a tool to determine what is used on your website (but it will save them a step). If you have multiple fonts used recommend take a screen shot of which font you'd like them to use from your site.
5. Any hero images, if you'd like them to appear prior to the product catalog (NOTE: for online ordering it's highly recommended that you use images and descriptions; which can be done in the product section when logged into the SalesVu portal (SalesVu.com -> Login -> Products)
6. If you have a premium subscription we'll automatically enable the "AI recommendations" (algorithms that help people find products that are trending, new or recommended based upon previous purchase combinations); if you prefer to exclude some or all please let us know
Once finished, please send this information to your Solutions or Customer Success Consultant or simply send this information to support@salesvu.com and the team will provide you an ETA on when your Shop page will be ready to preview (typically within 4-7 business days).
