From the OrderUp app, you can easily access the web portal 'Orders' section, where you can process different types of refunds (full refund, line item refund, or custom amount refund).
Process a refund:
1. Open the main screen of the OrderUp, where you can select a product (you would need to pass through the steps of entering the name, the status of the order, etc.)
2. Tap on the 'OrderUp' icon 4-5 times very quickly
3. A popup will appear to give you access to the admin mode
4. Select the employee name and enter the PIN code of the employee
5. The 'settings' (gear) icon will be available on the top right corner
6. Select 'Refund & Exchange'
8. It will take you to the web portal, to the 'Orders' section where you can locate the order of your choice using the filters available (Advance options, Search by, etc) and process a refund.
