OrderUp by SalesVu only integrates with Square for credit card processing. Square gift cards and Square loyalty are not available options at this time. You can use SalesVu loyalty and gift card solutions
Create an account or sign in with existing SalesVu account
1. Download the ‘OrderUp by SalesVu’ app directly from the App Store on your iPad
2. Open the app and select “Create Account”
3. Fill in all required information
Connecting to Square
1. Once the app is loaded onto your screen, tap on the “OrderUp” logo at the upper left corner four times quickly to access the admin mode.
2. Touch on the ‘gear’ (settings) icon
3. Touch on ‘Connect with Square’
4. Touch on the ‘Click here’
5. Enter your Square account credentials
6. Wait until the confirmation screen
7. Go back to the OrderUp app, and it will default you to the screen where you can now connect a card reader
Note: You would need to make sure that 'Location' and Bluetooth are enabled for the OrderUp app, it can be checked under the settings of your iPad > scroll down and touch on the OrderUp app > enable these options
6. The Square stand and swiper will automatically be detected. If you are using the EMV contactless reader, then follow these steps:
- Touch on ‘Connect a reader’
- Hold down the physical button until a flashing orange light appears
- Wait until the ‘Status’ is ready or connected (it may take a few minutes to update)
Syncing your menu over from Square
- Access the admin mode by tapping on the “OrderUp” logo at the upper left corner four times quickly
- Touch on the ‘gear’ (settings) icon
- Enable ‘Push Order To Square’
- Select Yes to ‘Sync Square Catalog’ (it may take a few minutes to update)
