Ethernet, WiFi or Bluetooth must connect a printer before searching it within the OrderUp app. Once configured, you can verify if the app can locate the printer by following these steps:
1. Access to the admin mode (click here to review how to access the admin mode)
2. Tap on the 'settings' (gear) icon on the top right corner
3. Tap on 'Printer Options'
4. Tap on 'Search for printer/test print'
5. If the printer is found then you may test print
