To process transactions on your OrderUp app, your SalesVu account needs to be configured with one of the following payment processors:
- Vantiv (only with the EMV setup)
- Square
Please follow the steps in this article to connect your OrderUp with Square
Note: you can also enable the 'Gift Card' and 'Loyalty' as payment options on the OrderUp app.
To enable the 'Gift Card' & 'Loyalty Options':
1. Sign into SalesVu.com
2. On the left vertical menu, click on the drop-down arrow icon on the left top next to your name > click on 'Location Settings'
3. Enable the 'Gift Card' payment method for the 'Customer Kiosk' app
4. Open the OrderUp app
5. Enter a name and a phone number (both are required)
6. Add the products and services of your choice
7. Select 'Pay'
8. Select one of the payment options (cash, credit card, gift card)
9. A transaction completed screen will appear. You may now send an SMS, email or print the receipt.
