The Loyalty Report lets you preview the loyalty points earned and spent by your customers. Promote revenue by tailoring marketing campaigns to your loyal customers, incentivizing them to spend their loyalty cash.
To view you your Loyalty Report:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Go to the "Loyalty" on the left-hand menu and by default the loyalty report will show up
If you want to check a customer's earned loyalty points or see how much he spent:
1. Use the filters on top of the first loyalty account and find a customer
2. Click on the vertical dropdown next to the loyalty customer and click "View" option
3. On a popup scree you can review "Earned Amount" and "Spent" amount
4. More details can be checked by using the horizontal bar
