If you're having issues with a connected Square Reader(s) and/or the error message displayed is "This device must be authorized with Square" please follow the instructions below to Reset your Square Reader:
- Minimize the SalesVu POS
- Go to 'Settings' of your iPad
- Go to 'Bluetooth'
- Locate the Square reader
- Touch on the 'i' icon and select 'Forget this device'
- Reopen the SalesVu POS
- Touch the gear icon and 'Connect with Square'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to re-pair the reader
- Green lights will appear once its successfully connected
Please note: We understand this error may be causing some unexpected situations, but Square is aware of it and actively working on a fix to prevent this for the future.
