The message "No Host Connection" will appear from the printer when it is unable to pick up an IP address (applies to networking printers only). Please check the following:
1. Verify if the light on the front of the printer is blinking (bad) or solid (good)
2. Power off and on the printer and wait for 30 seconds to verify how the light appears on the front of the printer. If it solid then please try testing the printer.
3. Verify that your internet and router connection is properly working. You can open the safari web browser on your iPad and visit any website.
4. Perform the feed button test
a. Turn off the printer
b. Hold down the feed button (do not release)
c. Turn on the printer and continue to hold the feed button
d. Release the feed button after 8 seconds (There will be 2 large print outs)
e. Verify if the IP address is printed on the 2nd printer (under IP PARAMETER STATUS)
