If you have a network printer (LAN or WiFi) then verify the following:
1. Verify that your iPad is on the correct WiFi signal
2. Verify if the printer is showing a solid/steady (green or blue) light. (A red or blinking light will indicate that the printer does not recognize an IP on your network)
3. Switch to a different WiFi and search for the printer (verify if the printer is found). If not, then switch back to the original WiFi signal and try searching again
4. Verify if the printer is pulling an IP address:
a. Turn off the printer
b. Hold down the 'Feed' button (do not release)
c. Turn on the printer
d. Continue holding the 'Feed' button for 6-8 seconds then release
e. Several large print outs will be printed
f. Verify the IP address under 'IP PARAMETER STATUS"
If the IP is showing 0.0.0.0 then please check your cable connection. You may also want to power off and on your internet modem and wireless router.
