If there are specific items not printing to the kitchen printer or not showing in the KDS App, then please ensure that the category is assigned to the kitchen printer. Follow the steps below to review this information:
1. Sign into SalesVu.com
2. Click the "V" icon at the top of the left sidebar menu and go to "Location Settings"
3. Click the "V" icon at the top of the right side and go to "Printer Settings"
4. Assign the category to the kitchen printer
