Follow the steps below to reset your Star TSP100III thermal printer back to factory default DHCP mode. See below:
Performing a Factory Reset
- Unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of the printer.
- Turn off the printer.
- Open the paper hatch.
- Press and hold the Feed button. Turn on the printer.
- Hold the Feed button until the Ready and Error lights start to blink blue and red.
- Release the Feed button.
- Close the paper hatch.
- The ready light should be blue.
- Turn the printer off and back on.
- The printer is now reset and in DHCP mode.
