- Verify that the ICMP device is connected to your iPads Bluetooth.
- If the error continues to appear then you would need to disconnect the device by following these steps.
A. Select settings of your iPad > Bluetooth > “i” next to ICMP > Forget the device
- Power cycle the device by holding down the “Yellow” and “#” button for 3 seconds
- Repair the Ingenico device:
a. Quickly tap on the 'F' button 5 times on the card reader (located on the right hand side)
b. Select ‘F1’ under iOS
c. The name of your iPad will appear > Select the name by touching on the green button on the reader
d. The PIN number will be exposed on the reader > Enter this PIN into the Bluetooth of the iPad once the device is recognized.
