Sometimes you can encounter some issues while you are using Square Swiper. When you encounter an issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Disconnect and reconnect to Square Swiper from iPad.
2. Restart the iPad: Press and hold either the volume button or the top button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restarts your device. To turn your device back on, press the top button until you see the Apple logo.
3. Check access levels: Open Ipad settings> Search for SalesVu app > Make sure all permissions are allowed for SalesVu App> You are all set!
