If your SalesVu account is integrated with Tessitura, your Tessitura discounts will automatically be applied to an order once you add a customer (member).
Note: all settings and conditions related to Tessitura discounts need to be created and edited in your Tessitura account directly, and this information will be synced to SalesVu
If you have not integrated with Tessitura yet, follow these steps
1. To begin with, search for a customer on your POS by following these steps
- You can also scan a customer membership card; find the steps here
2. Add a customer to order
3. The membership discount will be applied automatically to the order, and you can check out a customer
On the Customer Display Screen, you can simply search for a member with their phone number and their Tessitura account will be associated with the order.
Please note that to be able to search by phone number, you need to have the SalesVu Loyalty feature enabled, please follow these steps to enable it:
- Go to salesvu.com
- On the left vertical menu, click on 'Loyalty' > 'Settings', make sure it is enabled. Please refer to this article for more detailed information on the Loyalty feature
