Please make sure your SaleaVu account is connected with Tessitura. If you want to learn more information about that, please follow the link: Tessitura Integration
Please follow the steps Search Tessitura customers on SalesVu POS:
1. Login to SalesVu.com
2. Click on the "V" drop-down menu next to the owner name and Select "Location Settings"
3. Click on "General Settings" from the top
4. Scroll down a bit to find the "Search Tessitura customers as default when scanning on home screen" under POS settings and Enable it
5. Click on "Save" and You are all set!
Important Note: Please don't forget to Sync Your SalesVu POS After that steps.
Then Grab your Ipad and please follow these steps on SalesVu POS:
1. Open SalesVu App and Tap on the "Scan" button
2. Scan the Customer ID card
3. You are all set!
