You can easily change the delivery status of an open order from the POS app. Below we will review two ways to do this process, from the ''Orders'' and ''Attributes'' sections:

Change delivery status from the "Orders" section
1. Tap on the "Orders" button
2. Tap on the blue "+" icon
3. Tap on the "three dots" (More) button
4. Tap on the " Change Delivery Status" button
5. Select the delivery status
6. You are all set!
Change delivery status from the order "Attributes" section
1. Add products/services to the order
2. Scroll to the far right of the ‘Orders,’ ‘Customers,’ and ‘Discount’ icons; select the ‘Attributes’ icon
3. Check off the items of your choice
4. Select the downward arrow, and Select the status of your choice
5. Tap on the ‘X’ to go back to the order
6. Continue the transaction
