The SalesVu POS app has two ways to email a receipt to a customer: During the end of an order's checkout or from the 'Orders' section. See below:
Email a receipt after paying an order
At the end of the order's checkout, you can email the receipt to a customer:
1. Open SalesVu App
2. Add a product to the order. Then, tap on "Pay"
3. Select Payment Method
4. Enter the customer's email address and Tap on the "Send Email" button
5. You are all set!
Email a receipt from the 'Orders' section
If you closed the order and you want to email a receipt to the customer, follow the steps below:
1. Open the SalesVu app and Tap on the "Orders" button
2. Use the top filters to search for the order. Then tap on the blue "+" icon next to the order
3. Tap on the "Send Receipt" button
4. Enter the customer's email address. Then, tap on the "Send Receipt" button
5. You are all set!
