In the SalesVu POS app, you can view and manage your customer database (edit, create, and delete customer profiles), attach customers to orders, and view their past orders and billings.
To begin, open your POS app and touch on the 'Customers' icon at the top right of the main POS view.
Multiple filters allow you to search for a customer account by name, customer membership ID, email address, or mobile number.
Once you locate a customer profile, you can select it. It will show you all the information about this customer: personal information overview, open orders, closed orders, comments, and billings.
