All recurring billings need to be created/executed from the SalesVu management portal. On the POS app, you can view the status of recurring billing (failed or active) on the customer's profile:

To view a recurring billing status on the POS app, follow the steps:
- Open the POS app
- On the main POS view, touch on the ‘Customers’ icon
- Search for the customer name within your database
- Tap on the name of the customer (note: do not tap on the select button)
- Tap on the ‘Billings’ tab
- Select the source of your choice to view ‘Active’ or ‘Failed’ billings
