Overview
The Automation Dashboard is the central hub for SalesVu's AI Agents. It allows you to monitor AI-generated insights, review recommendations, approve suggested actions, and track scheduled automations from a single location.
AI agents are intelligent assistants that continuously analyze your business data to identify opportunities, detect potential issues, and recommend actions that can help improve operations. Each agent focuses on a specific business area, such as promotions, inventory, purchasing, or profitability.

AI Agents
The AI Agents section displays all available AI agents for your account.
Here, you can:
- View the list of available AI agents.
- Enable or disable individual agents using the checkbox next to each agent.
- Read a brief description of what each agent analyzes.
Examples of available AI agents include:

| Stock Shrinkage Analyst | Detects inventory losses and highlights shrinkage patterns. |

| Profit Margin Analyst | Tracks margins and flags products impacting profitability. |
| Cross-sales Analyst | Recommends product combinations to increase basket value. |
| Theft Detection Analyst | Monitors unusual activity to help prevent theft and fraud. |
| Table Layout Analyst | Analyzes restaurant seating layouts to identify opportunities for maximizing revenue through optimized table configurations. |
| Staff Schedule Analyst | Provides insights to improve staff scheduling, enhance attendance, increase sales, improve customer service, and better manage labor costs. |
| Kitchen Efficiency Analyst | Provides insights into kitchen capacity and operational efficiency. |
| In-Store Wait Time Analyst | Monitors customer wait times and identifies opportunities to improve service speed and operational efficiency. |
Agent Outputs
The Agent Outputs section displays the latest analysis generated by each AI agent.
For each agent, you can:
- View the date and time of the most recent analysis.
- See the number of available recommendations or notifications.
- Click View Agent Output to review the agent's findings.
- Click Run Now to manually generate a new analysis instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
Agent Actions
The Agent Actions section lists recommendations generated by AI agents that require your review or approval.
For each recommendation, you can view:
- The AI agent that generated the recommendation.
- The suggested action.
- The affected store or product.
- The response date.
- The current status.
Depending on the recommendation, you may be able to:
- Approve the action (for example, create a suggested coupon).
- Decline the recommendation.
Once approved, supported actions can be automatically scheduled or executed within the system.
Scheduled Actions
The Scheduled Actions section displays AI-generated actions that have already been approved and scheduled for future execution.
This section allows you to:
- View all scheduled automation actions.
- See which AI agent created each action.
- Review the scheduled execution date and time.
- Monitor the current status of each scheduled action.
Use the View All button to display the complete list of scheduled actions.
