To setup email/SMS notification for a shipping status, please do the following steps. Customers get notified once the status is configured with an email or SMS.
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Go to "Vertical menu" (V icon) on top of left-hand menu and select "Location Settings"
3. Click on the dropdown on the right corner and select "Custom Shipping Status"
5. You can configure an Email or SMS template by clicking the "V" dropdown next to a status and click 'Configure Template" then follow the instruction on the page. After configuring the template hit "Save" button on the bottom right corner
6.Enable customer notification for a shipping status of your choice. To do that, scroll the horizontal bar to the right and click "V" next to a status then select "Edit"
8. Afterwards, first check the little box under the "Customer Notification" and again click the "V' and hit "Update".
9. Open the app on your iPad, go to "Settings" (gear icon) on the right top and tap on "Sync with SalesVu.com
