From the POS app, you can send an order's email receipt from a closed order. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Select the “orders” icon on the right corner of the App
- Use the top filters to search the closed order
- Tap on the '+' icon to expand the order
- Tap on 'Send receipt'
- Type the customer’s email; after adding it, you can also overwrite the customer's existing email with the email entered
- Tap on 'Send receipt'
