How to change the status of an item from the SalesVu POS

You can change the status of an order ('Order Placed', 'To be Delivered', 'Delivered', 'To be Shipped', 'Shipped', 'To be Picked Up') from the SalesVu POS app, you can c

1. From the SalesVu POS app, you can add private comments to orders. To do so, follow the step below:

2. Open the SalesVu POS app and add products/services to the order

3. Scroll to the far right of the ‘Orders’, ‘Customers’, and ‘Discount’ icons

4. Tap on the ‘Attributes’ icon

   
5. Check off the items of your choice
   
6. Tap on the downward arrow
7. Select status of your choice
8. Tap on the ‘X’ to go back to the order
   
9. Continue completing the transaction
