Overview:
This article explains how to restrict employees from viewing or modifying orders placed by other employees in the SalesVu POS system. This feature ensures that only the employee who created the order can access and modify it.
Scenario Example:
Employee A places an order at Table 15 using their PIN. Later, Employee B tries to open Table 15 to add a product but should not be allowed access because the order was placed by Employee A. The system should prevent Employee B from opening or modifying the order.
Steps to Enable Order Restriction:

Log in to your SalesVu account at salesvu.com.

Navigate to Employees > Access Levels > Web Access Levels.

Scroll down and locate the option "Don't Allow View Other Employee's Orders".

Enable this restriction.

Save the changes.
Effect of Enabling This Restriction:

Employees will only be able to view and modify the orders they placed.

If an employee attempts to access an order created by another employee, they will receive an error message stating they do not have permission.
- This restriction also applies to 'Table Reservation' screen. Employees won't be able access tables that don't belong to them.
