How to Print Duplicate Order ID on Kitchen Receipts

What This Feature Does

This feature allows the system to print a duplicate Order ID at the bottom of kitchen receipts. It is particularly useful for to-go orders, as the duplicate receipt can be placed under the plate or in the order packaging for easy identification.

How to Enable Printing Order ID at the Bottom of Kitchen Receipts

1. Go to salesvu.com and log in to your account.

2. Navigate to Location Settings > Receipt Settings.

3. Find the option Print Order ID at the Bottom of Kitchen Receipts and toggle it on.

4. Click on Save.

A restaurant prepares a to-go order and prints a kitchen receipt with a duplicate Order ID at the bottom. This receipt is placed under the plate or in the to-go bag, helping staff and customers quickly identify the order.
