Products can be disabled but not deleted from SalesVu. When you click on "Delete" next to a product from Product Management, you "disable" the product so it can't be used.
To disable a product, follow the steps below:
Note: You can reinstate a disabled item.
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Product and Services'
3. Click on the 'v' drop-down next to the product and click on 'Delete'
A product that is disabled can be enabled whenever you need it. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Product and Services'
1. From the top filters, select "DELETED" instead of "ACTIVE" from the product list title
2. Click on the 'v' drop-down next to the product and click on 'Active'
Note: You can disable products individually, but unfortunately, no feature will allow you to disable all products from a category in one shot.
