Attributing individual products or services sold in a single order to different employees is something you should look out for if you pay a commission to your employees. If a customer buys a package of classes and a retail item, each sold by a different employee, each employee needs to be paid the correct commission. For that reason you can assign each service or product (in this case a package of classes and a retail item) to two different employees within a single order and transaction.
First, you need to make sure that the employees have the correct compensation setup and that they’re linked to the correct products/services so their name comes up when you are attributing the sale of a product/service in the Here app.

You also need to enable the option to attribute sales to employees in the Welcome app, you can learn about enabling these settings here: Assign an employee to a specific product or service before payment
Once you setup the above mentioned items, you can attribute sales of individual products to different employees within one order. When you’re checking out an employee on the Here App, the employee window will pop up automatically if you enabled setting ‘Employee Selection Is Mandatory When Adding Products/Service’. Otherwise you can tap on the pencil icon next to the service/product name in the order detail to then select an employee who performed the service or sold the product in order to correctly attribute the sale and underlying commission to your employees.
You can view the employee compensation for a specific time period in the Labor report, here’s how you can access the Labor report: Labor Report
