From the Incoming App, you can configure additional settings. This includes the products displayed on the App, expanding the orders, and the time setting for regular and urgent deliveries. To configure these settings, follow the steps below:
1. Open the Incoming app
2. Click on the 'Additional Settings' icon
3. Customize your settings
- Show Only KDS Products: From the Printer Settings, you can add/remove products to the KDS (click here to see more information). By enabling this feature, only products added to the KDS will display on the incoming App
- Expand Incoming Orders: This setting configures whether incoming orders should expand (displaying product details and other options).
- Time setting for regular delivery: By default, the timer under 'Tracking Status' will display with the black text color. If the timer surpasses the 'Time Setting for Regular Delivery', the text color will change to orange.
- Time setting for urgent delivery: If the timer under 'Tracking Status' surpasses the 'Time setting for urgent delivery', the text color will change to red.
