In SalesVu, you can enable automatic "Order Ready" notifications exclusively for online orders, ensuring that SMS notifications are not sent for orders placed through the POS app.
To enable this setting, please follow these steps:
1. Log into SalesVu.com
2. Go to "Location Settings" > "General Settings:
3. Scroll down and you will see the section for Incoming app settings
4. Enable the following setting 'Enable Send SMS Notifications (when "ready") to online orders only"
5. Click 'Save'
6. Sync your Incoming app with SalesVu.com
To send an SMS notification when the order is ready, follow these steps:
1. Open the Incoming app and use the top filters to find the order
2. Tap on the order. Then, tap on the "Ready" button to inform the staff that the order is done
3. You are all set! Now, the customer will receive an SMS notifying that the order is ready.
