From the Incoming App, you can customize the order's color according to the timer under the 'Tracking Status' section. In this way, you can identify the order that has surpassed a time threshold and prioritize its preparation. To apply this setting, follow the steps below:
1. Open the Incoming app
2. Tap on the gear icon
3. Configure the order's time threshold by tapping on the '+' and '-' icons next to 'New Order Time'. Then, tap on 'Select Order Color'
4. In this panel, you can configure the order's color depending if it is a new or old order. If the order's timer is before the 'New Order Type' setting, it will display with the 'New Order Color'. Otherwise, if the timer surpasses it, the order will display with the 'Old Order Color'. After selecting the colors of the new and old orders, tap on 'Done'

Please take a look at the example below. Since the timer surpassed the 'New Order Time' (5 minutes), the order will display with the selected color (yellow)
