After receiving an order, you can easily change the order's status ('Order Placed', 'To be Delivered', 'Delivered', 'To be Shipped'. 'Shipped', 'To be Picked Up', or 'Dine-In') from the Incoming App. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Open the Incoming app and use the top filters to find the order
4. Tap on the order. Then tap on this icon
5. Tap on the 'Change Delivery Status' button
6. Choose the status and it will automatically update
7. You are all set!
