SalesVu allows setting individual items to be fired to the kitchen/bar in a configurable number of minutes instead of being sent to the kitchen/bar immediately.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Login to salesvu.com
2. Click on the drop-down menu next to the owner name and Select "Location Settings."
3. Click on "Receipt Settings" from the top
4. Enable the "Allow item selection from kitchen printing" setting
5. Click on "Save" and You are all set!
Important Note: Please don't forget to Sync your SalesVu POS after enabling the setting. (Open SalesVu POS > Tap on Gear Icon at right top > Tap on Sync with salesvu.com > You are all set!)
1. Open SalesVu POS and Add the Product to the order
2. Long press the product name and Select the "Fire option with the clock sign"
3. Set the time to fire the product to the kitchen/bar printer
4. Tap on "Done"
5. You are all set!
Important Note: Schedule fire products will be highlighted with purple background.
There is another way to schedule a fire.Please follow the steps below:
1. Open SalesVu POS and Add the Product to the order
2. Tap on the "Fire" button
3. Tap on the "Fire option with the clock sign"
3. Set the time to fire the product to the kitchen/bar printer
4. Tap on "Done"
5. You are all set!
Important Note: You can apply discounts or edit the product during the time it's scheduled to be sent to the kitchen and hasn't been sent yet. Once it's sent, you will not be able to edit or apply a discount to the product.
Important Note: If you try to manually print the order with purple scheduled items to a kitchen printer, the items in purple color will not be printed.
