You can restrict an employee from selling items on the POS, and these items will be hidden when the employee uses the app. First, you will need to click here to create a group for employees to restrict access to your items on the POS app, then use the same group while setting up restricted employee categories. The steps are given below:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Go to "Employees" on the left-hand menu and click on the "V" menu on the top right to locate the "Employee Restricted Categories" option.
3. Select your location on the upper left then you can set up the restriction by clicking on the "Add Employee Restricted Categories" button on the upper right corner.
4. Select your employee group and check the little box(es) next to categories you want to restrict and save.
5. You can edit existing restricted groups or delete them.
5. To apply the change to the SalesVu app, "Settings" (gear icon) and tap on "Sync with SalesVu.com"
