Customers might bring pre-paid gift cards that were purchased in local stores. The amount in this card can be redeemed on the POS app by manually entering the card numbers in the payment screen. Sometimes, it might ask you to enter a zip code while manually typing in. The zip code field is asked directly from your payment processor, which is not in SalesVu's control. But here are some possible workarounds in such cases:
1. In many cases, someone must activate the gift card using their own address. You can ask your customer to provide their zip code.
2. If you need help getting the payment through using the zip code they've provided, it is suggested to get the billing address registered with a prepaid card by following the instructions behind the gift card.

4. Another workaround would be entering '00000' that can work if no Zip code is set up for the card.
