POS order refund Steps
You can refund any order in that system that was processed via SalesVu POS app by the following steps:
- Open SalesVu POS app
- Touch on two arrows (refund/exchange) icon at the right top
- Search the order you are looking for by 'Customer Name', 'Customer Email', 'Order ID', or 'Last 4 CC'
- Enter the value on the search field and press 'Search Order' button
- Touch on the order. The order will open on the home screen
- On the order details screen, select the products you want to refund by clicking the 'Return' next to their name
- Click on the 'Return' button at the bottom right to start the return process.
- You will be prompted to select the refund method.
- Choose Credit Card or the appropriate payment method used for the original transaction
- Click on the Confirm Refund button to process the refund.
- A confirmation message will appear once the refund is successfully processed
eCommerce Order Refund Steps
You can refund only orders processed via eCommerce by the following steps:
- Touch on 'Settings' (gear icon) at the right top
- Touch on 'Refund Order' button
- Search the order you are looking for by 'Order #', 'Customer Name', 'Customer Email', or 'Card #'
- Enter the value on the search value field and press 'Search' button
- Touch on the order
- Select the items you would like to refund
- Click on 'Continue'
