Note: If you would like to have the tip and signature screen enabled on the SalesVu Customer Display a receipt printer is required to be connected with the Square POS app. Transactions will only appear on the Customer Display after the credit card has been processed and the order is closed on the Square POS app.
Square POS setup
1. Touch on the bottom left corner to access to 'Settings' menu in the Square POS app
2. Touch on 'Printer' and verify that a receipt printer is configured or create a printer station if needed.
3. Go back to the 'Settings' menu -> Signature and Receipt
4. Enable 'Always Collect Signatures' and enable 'Customers Sign on Printed Receipt'
5. Select either the option traditional or quick tip
6. Enable both authorization settings
SalesVu Customer Display
1. Access the admin mode by tapping on the SalesVu logo 4-5 times quickly
2. Enter your PIN number
3. Select the POS Type -> Select Square POS and verify that your Square account is connected
4. Go through each page and enable the settings of your choice (tip settings, screen saver, pin number, logo etc)
