There are 2 settings that need to be enabled
1. Sign into SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Settings' -> 3 dots (drop down) -> Tips
3. Enable the 'On App Signature Screen'
If you are using SalesVu as your POS then please enable the following
4. Open the SalesVu POS -> Settings (gear icon) -> More Settings
5. Enable 'Show Signature Screen'
6. The Customer Display will now show the signature screen after a credit card transaction
