All closed orders (by default) will remain on your device for 7 days. You can now have the option to extend this to 15 or 30 days under the 'Settings' -> 'More Settings' option within the SalesVu POS.
1. Open the SalesVu POS app
2. Tap on the 'Orders' icon
3. Tap on the filter 'Open' and change it to 'Closed' (this will now display all closed orders within the last 7, 15, or 30 days) and locate and select the order of your choice and tap on the order (without touching on the + icon)
4. The order will now appear on the home screen of the POS app and scroll to the far right and locate the 'Refund' icon
5. Select the refund option
6. Enter the refund amount and tap on 'Continue.'
7. Tap on 'Next'
Important Note: Check the box next to the tip amount if you want to refund the tip.
8. You are all set!
Important Note: Depending on your setting, refunds outside of 7, 15, or 30 days can be done using the 'Refund Order' setting within the SalesVu POS app or directly on the SalesVu.com dashboard
