1. It is only possible to assign each employee one job role and the hourly rate at this time. We may add a feature to accommodate this in the near future.
2. If an employee has different roles with different hourly rates, you would need to create them twice within your account. Here is a temporary workaround.
a. Thomas (bartender)
b. Thomas (kitchen staff)
In this scenario, you can simply put their job role in the last name field so they can easily clock in/out based on their role on that specific day. You can set their hourly rate separately, and the labor report will account accordingly based on their clock in/out.
