From the Here app, you can change the delivery status of an order (Order Placed, To be Delivered, Delivered, To be Shipped, Shipped, To be Picked Up). To do so, follow the steps below:
To configure the delivery statuses, click here
1. Open the Here by SalesVu app
2. Add the product or service of your choice
3. Tap on the "attributes" icon (located next to the printer icon)
4. Check off the items you want to set/modify
5. Tap on the dropdown arrow
6. Select the status of your choice
7. Tap on the 'X'
