A Recurring Billing may fail because the card did not validate the payment correctly. You can review a report of all failed billings by following the steps below:
Note: Failed billing emails will be sent to the admin email address.

1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Recurring Billing'
3. Click on the 'All' drop-down next to the date filter. Then, click on 'Failed CC Info'
