SalesVu features multiple tools to search for a customer on a Recurring Billing; this includes searching by name, email, batch, and others. Follow the steps below to search for a customer on a recurring billing using the top filters:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Recurring Billing'
3. Click on the filter 'Advance Options'
4. Search by the customer using the following filters
5. Click on 'Submit'

- Batch: When a Recurring Billing is created for multiple customers, they will be under the same batch ID. See below the list aggregated by batch:

Once you have found the recurring billing, you can click within the billing to see more details, change the card, retry, suspend, and send failed notification or send an agreement (depending if it is the first time being billed).
