1. Open your Welcome App
2. Click on this icon 
It will show you the appointments you have for that day
3. Find the appointment you need to cancel and click the pencil icon
4. Click Cancel Appointment
5. Choose the appointment you want to cancel
6. Click Cancel
7. Alert will pop up asking if you're sure, click Ok
