An employee must have a password and PIN set up, and this way, the employee can use the backend portal (password) and SalesVu POS app (PIN) with their account. Password or PIN can be changed on SalesVu Cloud Portal. Please check the following instruction:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on "Employees" on the left-hand menu
3. Go to the " Password and PINs" tab and find the employees whose password or pin you want to change
4. Click on the little vertical menu (V icon) next to the employee name and select "Reset Password / PIN"
5. You need to enter and confirm a new password. You can also change the employee by clicking on the employee name on the right top and hit the "Save" button. If you need to change the PIN, please click on the "Password" drop-down on the left top and select "PIN" and check the next step
6. On the PIN screen, you would need to enter a new PIN next to "New PIN" and then enter once again next to "Confirm PIN". After changing the pin, click on "Save" on the bottom right corner. It is also possible to delete the PIN, it can be completed by clicking the "Remove PIN" button next to the "Save" button.
7. Now open the SalesVu app on the iPad > go to "Settings" (gear icon) on the right top and tap on "Sync with SalesVu.com"
