From the Here app, you can add a customer to an order, in this way, you can keep track of your customers purchase history, loyalty program, apply marketing campaigns to recurrent customers, etc. To apply a customer to an order, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Here app
2. Make sure you are on the POS tab
3. Add the class the customer wants to purchase by tapping on it; the class will appear on the order sheet in the right corner
4. Tap on the customer icon on top of the order sheet
5. Find the customer you're checking out, or if it's a new client, learn how to add one here: Adding a new customer to your CRM
6. Tap on the 'Select' button, and the customer will be attached to the order
7. Continue by tapping on the 'Pay' button
8. Choose the method of payment
9. Transaction page will show up; choose to either e-mail or text the receipt
10. Tap on 'Done'
