In SalesVu, you can enhance the online booking experience for classes by utilizing the 'Allow to Show "Booking for a group"' setting. This feature empowers you to offer group booking functionality, allowing multiple customers to conveniently book classes as a group.
Please follow the steps below to enable this setting:
1. Log into SalesVu.com
2. Go to 'Appointments'
3. Click on the 'Settings' tab
4. Enable the following two settings:
- For the 'How you want to show classes to customer' setting, select 'Grid' or 'List' view
- Enable 'Show "Full" Classes in a Listing'
- Enable 'Allow to Show "Booking for a group? Email us to inquire about group booking deals" Link'
Once you enable these settings, your customer can click the 'Email us' link for classes on your booking page. Clicking this link will open an email with the SalesVu owner's email address automatically filled in the 'To' field, allowing customers to send emails to the owner.
