In this article you will be given insights on how to add additional device or employee licenses for ACH accounts. There are two scenarios we need to take into consideration:
Purchasing via credit card.
Purchasing via ACH payment method.
Purchasing via credit card
If an account is configured with ACH payment, to purchase additional device/employee licenses via card payment, it's required to input card details and system charges the amount periodically till the end of subscription date. Let's now view how this can be handled:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the left sidebar menu
2. Click on the "Add New Credit Card" button in the upper right
3. Enter the card information and click "Save"
4. Once the card is stored on file, the "Add Credit Card" button alters to "Change Credit Card" button.
5. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" next to the location
6. Increase the number of device/employee license on following screen and hit "Continue"
7. Select "Pay Now" and complete the payment
Note: the card on file will be going to charged in case clients add any other licenses.
Purchasing via ACH payment method
In order to complete the device/employee license payment with ACH payment, SalesVu representative needs to email invoice and once the account transfers the intended amount, SalesVu rep can close the deal with ACH method. Please take a look at the instruction below:
1. Sign in to SalesVu.com and go to "Manage Subscriptions" on the left-hand menu
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" next to the location
3. Increase the number of device/employee license on following screen and hit "Continue"
4. Select "Email Invoice"
5. Once customer confirms that the payment is made, on the same screen SalesVu representative can select "Close By ACH"
6. Now the account can use the license to create a device/employee
